Nordic Gnome Christmas Card

Nordic Gnome Christmas Card

Check out this adorable Christmas card made by Lorrie Nunemaker using one of my Nordic Gnome SVG files.  She’s done a complete tutorial on it on her YouTube channel, where you can find a 25% off discount code for this gnome, as well as my other two gnomes! Lorrie used this gnome SVG file with her Cricut machine for cutting, then added some really cute details like the furry beard, gemstones for the holly berries, and extra holly.  The used glitter cardstock and patterned papers for her card, then printed out the quote I’ll Be Gnome For Christmas to add to...

This cute quote The Roots Of Education Are Bitter, But The Fruit Is Sweet, come in svg and png formats.  I’ve created a card to go along with this image, with all the pieces ready for cutting or printing in these formats as well! These files are available for personal and commercial use, all I ask is that you do not re-sell any of my digital files either as is, or taken apart.  Once printed, cut out, or incorporated into a digital project such as invitations and logos, they can be used for retail purposes. Use them to create fun projects such as teacher...

New Handmade Birthday Card

This is another take on the thank-you card that I posted yesterday.  I had said that this layout would work as a birthday card, so I decided to give it a try!  I used lots of bright colors like green, orange, yellow, and blue.  I decided to gear it more towards a boy, so I added the little birthday snake from the Create A Critter Cricut cartridge.  There was also a cute little pig in there that would have been fun to use, but I thought the snake would work well for a boy. I also used my Plantin SchoolBook Cricut cartridge for the letters, but I think I made them a...

Thank-You Card

This new Thank-you card I created today was inspired from one I saw in the June/July Cricut magazine, found on page 97.  I though it would be a simple card that people could still create even if they didn’t have a Cricut machine or Cuttlebug. Although I used my Cricut to cut out the circles and letters, I did use my square punch as well.  I would have used a circle punch but I didn’t have one the same size as the square.  I found the square measured approximately 1 3/4″, which I didn’t have the same size in any of my circles.  It would be easy...

Sweet Baby Boy Card

I thought I would try my hand at one of the cards in the Cricut magazine that I got recently, so I decided to make the Sweet Baby Boy card found on page 22.  In the magazine they used the Plantin Schoolbook cartridge for the stars, but I used the star from the Sure Cuts A Lot shapes box. I cut out two stars at 5 1/2″ in a light green, and two stars at 5″, one in polka dots, and one in white for the inside of my card.  I also cut out a smaller star at about 2″ in green with cream polka dots.  I inked around my outer star with Blue Sky distressing ink by...
