Halloween Boo Blocks

This is my latest Halloween craft project.  It’s a cute set of BOO blocks made from pine wood and scrapbook paper.  I just cut my blocks in 3 different heights (3.5″, 4″, 4.5″), painted them black, and picked out some cute Halloween scrapbook paper.  I cut my papers just a little smaller than my blocks, and then cut out the letters with my Cricut machine.  I embossed the letters with my Cuttlebug, and stuck everything on with mod podge.  Then, to finish them off, (after clear coating them all), I added on some Halloween ribbon, rhinestones,...

Primitive Stars Shelf Decoration

I’ve added sets of primitive stars to my Etsy Shop.  You can get a set of 3 unfinished stars, each it’s own size and shape, or you can get the finished set.  Each set measures 8 1/2″H x 6″W,  7″H x  6 1/2″W, and 5 1/2″H x 6″W.  The finished set has been painted black with the words FAITH, FAMILY,  and FRIENDS painted on.  They’ve been sanded around the edges to give them a rustic look, and a bit of raffia added on to one star for a primitive feel.  These stars are perfect for those who are into the primitive...

New Unfinished Owl Craft Kits

I’ve added four new unfinished owl shapes to the Craft Kits section of my Etsy Shop.  Kits include wood owl shapes, and cardstock templates for the body parts.  These kits are great for people who enjoy mod podging, or creating their own designs.  Although I include the template, it’s easy to create your own templates by tracing the outer edge of the owl where you want your wing or other body part to go (before painting), then designing the inside on your own.  Eyes and belly shapes can be cut out with craft punches or die cut machines as well.  Painting...

Thanksgiving Craft

Here’s a new set of Thanksgiving blocks I made.  This is a Gobble ‘Til Ya Wobble set made from a 2″ x 2″ pine wood, cut at 7 inches long.  I painted the blocks brown, and adhered fall colored papers to the front.  Then I cut out the words in various fonts with my Cricut machine, and wrapped them all together with orange ribbon.  This will be perfect to set out on my kitchen counter this Thanksgiving while cooking up my dinner!  You can find the turkey svg here, as well as this set and other Fall related decor and diy projects at my Etsy...

Green and Pink Wood Owls

Here’s a new set of wood owls, cut from mdf, and decorated in dusty green and pink tones.  Each little owl is approximately 5″ x 5″, and these two little ones can either look in opposite directons or at eachother.  These colors are soft tones, and would be really cute on a shelf in an owl themed room, or a room that has been decorated in green and pink colors.  This set is available in my Etsy Shop too!

NoJo Elephant Inspired Bookends

Here’s my newest bookends set.  It’s a pair of cute little pink and grey elephants that were inspired by the NoJo Elephant Time bedding set from Walmart.  They’ve been done in grey and pink print papers, with brown accents on the each bookend.  This set of bookends would look adorable in any pink or grey themed bedroom, or safari themed nursey or bedroom!  You can find them at my Etsy shop for sale.
